DELTA: Dental Enumeration and Landmark Detection Techniques Advancement Workshop¶

We are pleased to announce two eminent medical image benchmarking challenges scheduled to be held at the MICCAI 2023 Conference:

• 🦈DENTEX: Dental Enumeration and Diagnosis on Panoramic X-rays. The DENTEX provides three hierarchically annotated datasets that facilitate various dental detection tasks: (1) quadrant-only for quadrant detection, (2) quadrant-enumeration for tooth detection, and (3) quadrant-enumeration-diagnosis for abnormal tooth detection.

• 🐳CL-Detection2023: Cephalometric Landmark Detection in Lateral X-ray Images 2023. This challenge comprises 600 X-ray images collected from three medical centers, each annotated with 38 craniofacial landmarks. It aims to provide a comprehensive benchmark for cephalometric landmark detection methods.

In an endeavor to foster collaboration and shared advancements, both challenges will unite to present the "DELTA: Dental Enumeration and Landmark Detection Techniques Advancement Workshop." This half-day joint event is poised to be an illuminating convergence of expertise in the field. Mark your calendars for this academic rendezvous, scheduled for October 8th, 2023, in the vibrant academic milieu of Vancouver, Canada. 

Preliminary Program¶

Due to visa issues, the CL-Detection2023 challenge team is unable to host the workshop offline. Therefore, half a day of the workshop will be organized by the DENTEX challenge. The CL-Detection2023 will be conducted in a virtual format online.
